The FIVB has been organizing the League of Nations since 2018. It is a continuation of the World Grand Prix event that took place in 1993-2017. The US team has won two previous editions. The 2020 games have been canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The 2021 edition will be played in a “safe bubble” in Rimini, Italy.
