Internal Polish record, the second best result in athletics history with a distance of 800 meters and 30 records for life – Polish and world stars from the “Queen of Sports” met for the seventh time in Arena Toruń during the Copernicus Cup for Athletics in the European Hall, one of six meetings Golden Athletics Indoor Tour.

Participants competed in twelve events:

  • Men: 800, 1500 and 60m hurdles, pole vault, shot put, high jump
  • Women: in the 60, 400, 800 and 3000m, 60m hurdles and triple jump races.

The athletics stars will be competing in Arena Toruń

On the weekend (20 and 21 February), the athletes will meet during the Polish Indoor Championships, and from 5 to 7 March, the European Indoor Championships will be held. The three-day competition will cover 26 events (13 men and women). Among them, among others are running, relay, pole vaulting, long jump, shot put and sevens. Nearly 600 of the best European athletes will participate in the competition.
