The Brazilian national team is the captain of the qualifying group for the 2022 World Cup.
The International Football Association Board (FIFA) decided to replay the World Cup qualifier match between Brazil and Argentina, which was interrupted on September 5 due to non-compliance with the Covid protocol. The new date has not been specified.
The match in Sao Paulo was halted minutes after kickoff by Brazilian health service representatives, accusing four of the visiting players of violating national COVID-19 laws.
