A California man was arrested for a search December 21 on a highway because he was driving in a dangerous way.
The police were informed that the man had been arrested and interrogated because he had made threats President Biden. The suspect in custody said that if released, he would carry out his plan to kill Biden, Obama, Clinton and others.
The man has been charged with one count so far, which is making threats against the President of the United States. Iowa officials said more charges were likely to be added after the man was questioned by a jury.
The suspect’s lawyers sent a letter to the court on Tuesday, informing that the defense would be claiming as insane.
