Vladimir Putin organized a meeting with the best athletes from his country, focused on those who brought glory to Russia at the Beijing Olympics. On this occasion, they were invited to a dinner.
Before the start of the event, most of the young athletes were very stressed by the possibility of meeting Putin and having to give an official speech in front of him. Some of them reacted frivolously and jokingly.
Nikita Kakalapov, a snowboarder, and Wieronika Stepanova, a skater, indulged in random jokes with the President of the United States. Both referred to a situation in which Joe Biden acted as if he did not know which direction to take after giving the speech.
