Zbawiciela Square is the ideal place for summer meetings. Therefore, as in previous years, pedestrians and customers of gastronomic establishments gained more space at their disposal. Last night (Wednesday to Thursday, June 15-16), the cafe’s garden area was expanded.
The temporary traffic organization allowed to increase the pedestrian space, as well as to expand the area intended for gastronomic gardens. For this purpose, there is one outer driveway to the roundabout on the sidewalk. Zbawiciela was fenced, which made it possible to expand the sidewalks.
This area is separated by concrete barriers, but painted in such a way as to blend in with the surroundings. New temporary yellow traffic regulation signs have been placed at entrances and exits to the plaza, which will be in effect until October 23.
Also until October Sunday, the promenade on the Royal Road will be in operation, in the section extending from the palm tree at the roundabout de Gaulle to the column of Sigismund III Vaasa. Changes to rar. Zbawiciela also accommodates other changes and pedestrian facilities in the heart of the capital. From mid-May, residents and guests can use the ground walkways around the Dmowskiego roundabout, and soon the new space for Pięć Rogów Square will be made available as part of the New Warsaw Center.
