We haven’t heard anything secretly referring to the iPhone 12 Portrait video. It’s been in development for quite some time now, but we can’t explicitly confirm its existence for this year’s models.– Pine (@PineLeaks) October 11, 2020
The digital and optical zoom will get a massive boost this year. The standard iPhone 12 still relies entirely on software for this. You will get greatly extended digital zoom, in terms of quality and distance.

The leak also suggests that the iPhone 12 Pro Max will feature a “type of macro camera” that should allow you to focus close to the object. This will apparently be achieved with the ultra-wide camera, which will have a 35 percent larger aperture than the current model. The larger aperture will also enhance low-light photography.

It does happen, but we don’t expect it to be a major feature or anything Apple bothering to mention. With iPhone 12 Ultra Wide, you will be able to get close to things compared to the current iPhone 11 Ultra Wide. Pay attention to the 12 Pro Max.– Pine (@PineLeaks) October 11, 2020
It also says the iPhone 12 may support 4K video shooting at 120 fps or 240 fps.

“Dynamic Segmentation Algorithm” is shipping. However, the redesigned TrueDepth camera system is not. Instead, the much-tiered TrueDepth will ship “tightly” with the 5.4-inch iPhone. The degree contracts horizontally, but increases vertically a little.– Pine (@PineLeaks) October 11, 2020
Finally, Face ID will likely become faster to authenticate users and you will be able to unlock your phone from more angles.
The iPhone 12 is said to start at $ 699, and at least two of the four models will hit the shelves later this month.
