Airbus’ Navblue office is due to start operating in September this year. The specialty of the office will be the production and delivery of aviation databases and software.
To date, the company has four subsidiaries in Europe: in France, Great Britain, Poland and Sweden, and offices in Canada, the USA, Thailand and Singapore. By the end of 2024, Navblue intends to employ about 80-100 people in Gdansk – IT specialists, flight engineers, who will be involved in programs or create air traffic databases – for airlines and air traffic control agencies around the world. The company started hiring.

We are already encouraging potential candidates to apply for a job” – he added.
Airbus is a manufacturer of civil and military aircraft and helicopters, active in the defense and aerospace industries, as well as aerospace-related services.
The Airbus Group has been present in Poland since 2001, when it acquired the aircraft factory PZL Warszawa-Okęcie. It belongs to Airbus Defense and Space. Currently, it employs about 700 people at plants in Warsaw, Melek and لودód (the design bureau of Airbus Helicopters employs about 90 people), and cooperates with more than 30 domestic suppliers. Activity in Poland includes the production of airframes for the C295 and A330 and wire harnesses for the C295, A320 and A330.
The company is also responsible for the modernization and MRO (maintenance and repair) services of the PZL-130 Orlik training aircraft fleet of the Polish Air Force and the C295 regional military transport aircraft fleet. In addition, the group conducts research and testing activities at the Helicopter Engineering and Design Center in ód and participates in certified pilot training at Mielec.
