It’s time to start the countdown to Eurovision 2022! In less than a week, the 66th edition of the competition, which will be held this year in Turin, Italy, kicks off. Our country will be represented by Christian Uchmann’s song “River”. The 22-year-old is one of the favorites, as evidenced by the voting results of the Eurovision Song Contest (OGAE) fans’ association, which placed Poland in the top ten at the festival. Before we sit down in front of the TVs to cheer on the Polish actor, let’s take a look at this year’s Eurovision schedule.

Two concerts in the semi-finals and grand finale await fans of the Eurovision Song Contest. Christian Ochmann will appear in 14th place in the second semi-final of Eurovision 2022, scheduled for Thursday 12 May. Two days ago, on May 10, the first one will take place. In turn, we will know on Saturday 14 May the winner of this year’s edition of the competition. Both the semi-finals and the final will start at 21:00.

10 national teams will advance to the decisive stage of each semi-final. We remind you that the countries belonging to the so-called “Big Five”, that is, the founding countries – Germany, France, Spain, Great Britain and Italy, which will host this year.

The broadcast of the 66 Eurovision Song Contest in Turin will be conducted by the public broadcaster. The semi-finals and the grand finale will be shown live by TV channel Jedynka and TVP Polonia (starting at 9:00 pm). Replays of the first and second semi-finals and finals will be broadcast the following day by TVP Edukacja (21:35).
