According to the decree, from November 30, the obligation to undergo quarantine does not apply to a person who has finished hospitalization, isolation or isolation at home due to infection with SARS-CoV-2, as well as a person who has been vaccinated against COVID-19, who has a certificate or A digital EU COVID vaccination certificate, test results and COVID-19 recovery recognized as equivalent to an EU digital COVID certificate.
