The Google Pixel 5 It’s expected to land on Sept.30, so we’re now very close to launch. But a Google Japan Twitter account apparently thinks the phone has already launched, briefly posting some key details.
The tweet was deleted but not before he discovered it 9to5GoogleIt included partial images of the Pixel 5 from the front, the clearest of which can be seen below.
As you can see, the phone has a perforated camera in the upper-left corner of the screen, and what appears to be a full-screen design, although we cannot see the lower edge, we cannot be sure that there is no chin there.

Regardless of the design, the tweet mentioned that the Google Pixel 5 supports 5G (as expected) and costs 74,800. That’s around $ 710 / £ 555 / AU $ 1,010, and while the price conversion is not likely to be very accurate, this is also significantly less than the Google Pixel 4 launch price (around $ 855 / £ 665/1, $ 210). Aside from the reference to “professional photography,” the tweet did not reveal anything else, but noticeably the Google Pixel 5 XL was not mentioned, which could mean the absence of such a phone.
