The center’s mission is to answer your general questions about this topic Consular affairs (especially passport and legal issues, including marital status). In cases where direct contact with the consular office is required, the Center’s advisors will try to advise you on how to proceed in a particular case.

Note: The Center does not provide information on visa issues or those already pending at the Consular Office.

The Consular Information Center is open on business days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Warsaw time.

In addition, the Consular Department Operations Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been launched Integrated service phonemaking it easier for Poles to contact the consul on duty in emergencies, outside working hours and on non-working days.

The emergency phone is available outside of business hours – from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am Warsaw time, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, Polish and local holidays.
