In January, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shocked the world by announcing that they intended to step down as senior members of the royal family. The couple currently lives in Los Angeles where they recently brought their £ 11.2 million home north of Los Angeles.
However, Hugo Vickers, the author of several royal biographies, sees Harry becoming a “lost boy”.
He said in the Sunday Telegraph newspaper: “It is tragic to see a man smiling someday who looks miserable and far from his depths like Prince Harry now.
“In just a few short months, Harry has gone from being a prince with a chance to use his position to bring so much to Britain, the Commonwealth and the army, to a lost boy.”
Harry and Meghan sparked controversy earlier this month by commenting on the upcoming US presidential election.
The couple made their remarks while virtually appearing on a program to celebrate the publication of Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People of 2020”.
“We have only six weeks left from Election Day, and today is National Voter Registration Day,” Megan said.
Every four years we are told, ‘This is the most important election in our life. But this one. “
Harry added, “As we approach the month of November, it is imperative that we reject hate speech, misinformation and negative information online.”

“But I wish Harry a lot of luck, because he will need him.”
Earlier this month, Netflix announced a deal with Harry and Meghan to produce films, documentaries, and children’s shows.
Shortly thereafter, the couple repaid the British taxpayers’ money they spent on renovating their former home near Frogmore Cottage.
Vickers argued that Harry had a more fulfilling role before he stepped down as a royal.
He wrote: “Members of the royal family are at their best when they support the Queen, rather than putting themselves in competition.
“Those who do their duty, as did the Queen, always appear happier than those who follow the path of perceived happiness.
Now I wonder if freedom is a greater burden than Harry anticipated.
“He fell from the captain of the Royal Marines to the first husband of his ambitious wife.”
Harry and Meghan got married in May 2018 and a year later their son, Archie Mountbatten-Harrison was born.
The Duke and Duchess announced their decision to step back from royal duties last January, asking for more privacy and stating that they were being unfairly treated by press departments.
