The Pentagon UFO report highlights that while no evidence of aliens has been found, 143 reports of “unidentified atmospheric phenomena” since 2004 cannot be explained.
The report was published by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) with significant military involvement. This study is part of the most important recent research to date that attempts to address decades of speculation, rumors and conspiracy theories about UFOs.

The most interesting case is the sighting of naval pilots who claim to have seen UFOs – and in some cases have recordings – on the East Coast of the United States in 2014-2015. Pilots, who often publicly report these events, assure that the mysterious objects moved with exceptional speed, maneuverability and acceleration, and they had never seen anything like this before. In some cases, objects were also supposed to sink underwater.
Many unexplained incidents date back to the past few years when the Air Force and Navy established formal procedures for reporting such incidents.
“The limited number of high-quality UAP reports makes it difficult to draw firm conclusions,” the report noted. While the report does not provide clear answers (one of the 144 events is attributed to a natural phenomenon), several possible explanations have been offered – for example, a UFO or UAP could be part of a classified US government or military project. But no specific case is mentioned in this context. In addition, the accidents could be “part of a covert program in another advanced air capability” such as Russia or China. But no evidence was provided.
