The authorities of the Opolskie Voivodeship on Thursday signed the first scholarship agreements with medical students who, after graduation, wish to work in the medical institutions of the region. Marshall County Scholarships is awarded to 31 students from all over Poland.
On Thursday, the first scholarship agreements with medical university students wishing to link their careers to this region were signed at Opole Marshal on Thursday. Of the 40 applications submitted from all over Poland, 31 students received scholarships.
Opole Marshal spokesperson, Violetta Ruszczyowska, informed that Marshal scholarships for students studying medicine were awarded for the first time. Support in the amount of PLN 2,000 per month for the current academic year, so it will be paid from October 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
The scholarship is intended for medical students from all over Poland, from the fourth to the sixth year of studies. To obtain it, students are required to complete an internship and work in a county medical facility. Opole. The condition for obtaining the scholarship was also to choose a medical specialty, which is not available in one of these institutions.
