Kissimmee, Florida – Mary Elizabeth Crossiger, b. On January 31, 1924, she passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 3, 2021. She lived and loved with all her heart for 97 years, bringing joy and element to everyone who was in her presence.

Mary is married to the love of her life, William Crossiger, Jr. And they raise five children together. You have taught them compassion and that there is nothing more important than the love of your family.

Mary proudly holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in 1946. The President of Kiwanis Queens was in downtown Kiwanis and loved connecting with other community members through other social clubs. Travel Club, Bridge Club, Youngstown Club, Poland Tennis Club, Swimming and Bowling League.

After William’s death in 1989, Mary moved to Florida to sunbathe and raise her younger grandson. She never stopped being a caring mother to all of us.

Mary leaves generations of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren to cherish the stories shared forever and who are genuinely blessed with the beautiful memories that made them possible.

Among the families that celebrate Mary’s life and memory include her children: William O. Cruziger III (Robin) from New Middletown, Ohio, Terence Crossger from Irvine, California, Susan McBride (Charles) from Milton, Georgia, and Constance Gebauer from Kissimmee, Florida. And Richard Crossiger of Greenville, South Carolina; Grandchildren, Christopher, Scott (Jad), Robert Crossegger, Charlie McBride (Maria), Christine Crowley (Jake), Michael, Ryan Crosseger, Peter Gabor; Great-grandchildren, Alina Crossger, William and Eric McBride, and Savannah and Isabel Crossiger; And Mary’s dear cousin, Marcia MacNaughton.

Mary preceded death by her parents, Wilbur Gibson MacMarlin and Elizabeth Jane MacMarlin. And the two brothers Hugh and Bruce McMarlin.

Mary will now rest in peace next to her beloved husband William O. Crossiger Jr. in Hudson, Ohio.
